The workshop is about how to become more positive about yourself within 3 hours and how to become a little happier instantly.

For who?

For women who are used to thinking about everyone else but themselves. And for those who want to learn how to think more positive and would like to get reconnected to their life’s mission again.


A workshop where we will discuss the theory of thinking routines (train of thought) and how to change them. In light of this you will get some reflective writing assignments to help you focus and reconnect to the positivity within you. By the end of the workshop you will leave with happier and lighter thoughts and feelings.
